Bookings are now open for the Professional Standards October Forum, to be held in person in Sydney at The Mint and livestreamed on Thursday, 20 October 2022 from 9:30am to 1:30pm DST.
A panel of distinguished speakers including John Vines OAM (Professional Standards Councils), Andreas Heger (NSW Bar Association) and Professor Marie Bismark (University of Melbourne) will lead a discussion on building accessible and effective complaint handling systems, delivering better consumer protection and active professional risk management.
The morning panel session will be followed by a practical workshop for in-person attendees, facilitated by Nicole Cullen from the Society of Consumer Affairs Professions. The workshop on complaints systems: your lever to innovation, will explore tools and approaches to improve complaint system design and leverage data to influence continuous improvement.
For those unable to attend on the day, the panel session will be recorded and available for viewing from our website following the completion of the Forum.
